Ah this took so long to do!!!!!!
My original plan was to colour with pencils and add the orbs and a sunburst affect, but seeing as the scanner is retarded it didn't pick any pencil colour up so I coloured digitally. There are now three versions of this bloody thing!
So, yeah this is Neo Bahamut, the second of three Bahamut Dragons on FF7.

EDIT: ~Shia-Izumono suggested I put colour in the sunburst ray things so I did!
